1. What this site is

FocuXTE is a document portal, teaching-content host, and examination platform. It does not require account creation or login for students; access is via links shared by hosts (teachers).

2. Information we collect

• Exam submissions: when you take an exam, the Name, Roll No., Batch/Division, and answers you type are stored so your host can review and score them.
• Uploaded files: documents and teaching material uploaded by hosts are stored temporarily (see retention periods shown at upload/exam time) or permanently, depending on how the host published them.
• Cookies/local storage: your theme preference (light/dark) and cookie-consent choice are stored in your browser's local storage — not sent to us, only kept on your own device.
• Analytics and advertising (only if enabled by the site operator, and only after you accept the cookie consent banner): Google Analytics and/or Google AdSense may collect standard web-analytics data (pages visited, approximate location, device/browser type) as described in Google's own Privacy Policy.

3. What we don't do

• We don't sell or share your data with third parties beyond the Google services listed above (and only if those are enabled and you consent).
• We don't require a login/account for students.

4. How long data is kept

Exam data and uploaded artefacts are deleted automatically after the retention period set at creation, or sooner if the host deletes them manually. Exact deletion rules are shown to the host at the time of creation and to you on the relevant page.

5. Your choices

You can decline analytics/advertising cookies via the consent banner, or change your choice later using the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer. See the separate Cookie & Consent Policy for detail.
